Plat of the Subdivision of the Wallis Wade Ranch Situated in Jim Wells and Live Oak Counties. Includes printed notes detailing the 1409 acerage agreed on by the two deeds between Wade and J.J. Sumners in which lies south of the Lagarto Road and within the outside boundaries of the 400 acre O.P. Madray tract. Further notes are also detailed pertinent to the specific deed the agreement was born from. There are dated handwritten notes on the back of the map, some signed by Lou Ella Wade. This map is almost in three parts due to tearing along the previously folded creases and the material is prone to further tearing. Blue on beige, 29.5" x 35.5". Part of the Federal Land Bank of Houston map file.

Blucher, Dist. Surveyor Nueces April 1857." Includes the boundaries of sold land and the property lines of Capt. R. King in red. Black and tan, 19.5 x 12.5". Includes other three undated other maps circa 1857- 1930 detailing the Casablanca Grant and land tracts acquired by John or Wallis D. Wade with their original surveys printed--all stored in Wade Box 95 G-11-4. As noted on the maps, these maps are from the Federal Land Bank of Houston map file.
