LULAC early constitution. And page from early publication, stating aims and objectives of organization. The Constitution dates to 1955, Dr. Cynthia E. Orozco of Eastern New Mexico University viewed the document and stated it was possibly the only LULAC Constitution dated 1955 in the nation.
