There are eight series in this collection: Correspondence, Photographs and Art Work, Biographical Materials, Diaries and Scrapbooks, Creative Works, Legal Documents, Publications, and Printed Materials. Series Five, Diaries and Scrapbooks, has a sub-series of Edith Cousins Retirement. Series 2, Correspondence, has a sub-series of Postcards.
This collection includes professional letters of condolences and other various correspondences, R.B. Cousins Bound Personal Correspondence, telegrams, the weekly bulletin from Edith Cousins, artwork, the doctoral robes of Dr. Robert Bartow Cousins, a kimono, the bible, a vase, various publications, diaries, legal documents, approximately 200 postcards, and other miscellaneous ephemera.
