Proposed Bylaw Changes

1. Lifetime membership in the South Texas Historical Association is set at a cost of $300. |
|
2. Membership dues will be for a calendar year, and may be paid anytime within that calendar year. Members receive a free subscription for the Spring and Fall issue of the Journal of South Texas during the calendar year that their dues are collected. |

3. The Archivist of the South Texas Archives shall also serve as Secretary of the South Texas Historical Association. |
