| 6:00 P.M. | Camp Supper of carne guisada and pan de campo at King Ranch hunting lease |
| 7:30 P.M. | Return to King Ranch Museum |

| 9:00 A.M. | Greetings |
| 9:30 A.M. | Family Life at Sarita - by Laurie Jasinski, TSHA researcher |
| 10:00 A.M. | Mifflin Kenedy and His Ranch - by Cecilia Aros Hunter, Archivist, South Texas Archives |
| 10:30 A.M. | Design of the Kenedy Ranch Museum - by Steve Harding, Steve Harding Design |
| 11:00 A.M. | Convoy to Kenedy Museum, Sarita, Texas |
